I'm a PhD student in Management and Organization Studies at HEC Paris and a member of the Society & Organizations (SnO) Research Center. I'm currently visiting scholar at Columbia University.
My research interests mainly lie at the intersection of management, sociology of organizations, and finance.
I look at the institutional logics in the finance industry (compensation, risk taking behaviors, etc.) and their consequences in terms of social disapproval. In turn, I investigate the outcome of social disapproval within the field, in particular when it comes to inter-organizational interactions in the IPO industry.
